This is what to expect from your first enquiry with us to install day. We have worked to make it as seamless and enjoyable as you embark on your home design project.
This is my chance to get to know your project and understand what stage you are at so I can help determine what service is best for you.

Conversation – We will visit your space at a convenient time to suit you. We then have chance to go through your ideas, look at the space in detail and discuss. This is a good time to bring with you photos of spaces you like, materials you may have and a list of furniture you intend to keep for the space.
Topics – I usually will look to find out what style you are looking for, colours and aesthetics. I will also be looking into how you or your family will be using the space day to day.
Site Visit – I will take measurements of the space ready to start designing.
Your design presentation is bespoke to your project. In your consultation we will speak about what will be included this is dependant on time and budget to complete the design.
This is usually completed in your home/space, however we understand this isn’t always suitable so we can have this in our office, zoom or a hired working space. We will spend time going through the presentation and this is your chance to make suggestions and changes.

This will all be emailed over to you so you can go through it in your own time.
I understand that not everything can be right in the first design. Clearly mark on top of the presentation what you would like us to change or add and send it back.
